Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hot Water System Perth website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Our Services

Quotes and Pricing

Quotations

  • Quotes are provided free of charge for most services
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during assessment
  • We reserve the right to adjust quotes if scope of work changes

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made in writing
  • We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
  • For larger installations, a deposit may be required
  • Outstanding accounts may incur late payment fees

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Labour and workmanship are guaranteed for a period specified at the time of service. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will rectify it at no additional cost.

Product Warranties

Hot water systems and components carry manufacturer warranties as specified by the manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims for products we have supplied and installed.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions
  • Damage from power surges, water quality issues, or external factors
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Work performed by others after our installation
  • Failure to arrange recommended maintenance

Licensing and Compliance

All work is performed by appropriately licensed tradespeople. We hold current plumbing and gas fitting licenses as required by Western Australian law. Work is completed in accordance with:

  • Australian Standards
  • Plumbing Code of Australia
  • Western Australian plumbing regulations
  • Relevant building codes

Compliance certificates are provided for relevant work.

Access and Site Conditions

To complete services, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area
  • Ensure someone over 18 is present or accessible during service
  • Inform us of any known hazards or access issues
  • Ensure pets are secured
  • Clear access paths where practical

We reserve the right to cease work if site conditions are unsafe.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment
  • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee
  • We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes
